COMMISSIONING A JEWELLERY PIECE – as simple as 1, 2, 3!
It is easy and fun to start your own custom jewellery project with Juerg at Orbit Jewellery. Here are some important things to think about first.
1. Budget and Timeframe
What is your total budget and have you got a fixed date by which the piece has to be finished? This creates the structure for the project.
2. Design Inspirations
Now tell me your ideas. We will then combine both your ideas and my experience into a selection of custom drawn designs, from which a final design will be fine-tuned for your approval. On request we can also provide full 3D designs & wax models.
It might also be helpful to:
- add anything else you would like and feel is relevant (this can be from a scribble on a napkin to a clipping out of a magazine.
- tell me the likes or dislikes of the wearer. Do they have certain colour preferences/interests/photos they love etc)?
This process will lead to your unique piece of jewellery, designed and made according to your specifications (and within your budget).
The piece will be presented in one of our luxurious Orbit Jewellery cherry-wood boxes and will be accompanied by an independent valuation with your very own purchase certificate.
From that moment on it is for you (or your loved one) to treasure & cherish.
