All jewellery is packaged in our luxurious cherry wood boxes and is accompagnied by your personalised Purchase Certificate.
Courier delivery within New Zealand and to Australia is free of charge. Other destinations attract a small fee to cover our costs. All couriers are insured, require your signature on delivery, and are web-trackable. We are unable to courier to some destinations where there is ongoing conflict or delivery issues. Currently this includes Russia, North Korea, Irak, several African & South American Countries, a.o. Please contact us if you are unsure about courier deliveries to your country.
All orders are made especially for you. We will endeavour to complete your order as soon as possible. Depending on several variables this can take between 2 to 15 working days. Normal courier delivery time is between 3-7 days for most destinations.
Payments are securely processed by PayPal in NZ Dollars. This is the worlds biggest payment processer and very safe. You do not have to sign in to PayPal. We do not see or receive your CreditCard details. You will instantly receive a Payment Confirmation email upon processing of your payment, with a description of your items and your Receipt Number.
